Telephone Sonnerie Signalisation Phone and related equipment catalog, 1902

This 1902 French trade catalog listed a wide variety of telephones and bells. The two basic models of the day were the wall-mounted phone and the “mobile” desktop model (it was attached to the wall by a cord but you could move the instrument around on your desk or pick it up and walk a short distance in the room). The catalog includes an image of one of the first multi-line phones for office use and the first “mobile” phone to be used by telephone linemen!
